Requirements
A minimum of Membership of the Postgraduate College of Procurement Management and 15years of work experience in any related field.

Direct Membership Entry Route
If you don’t have the Postgraduate College of Procurement Management membership certificate, you can apply through our direct membership entry route. You’ll need to provide evidence of 10 years (Minimum) of work experience, along with certificates of your highest diplomas/degrees/professional certifications and an updated resume. Applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please send these details to admissions@pcpmedu.org. Admission through Mature Entry Route will be subject to the discretion of the Institute.

• Learning techniques to manage inventory levels, balance demand and supply, and reduce holding costs while maintaining sufficient stock.
• Exploring strategies for sourcing raw materials, components, and services from suppliers, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Developing skills to forecast customer demand accurately and create effective demand and production plans to meet customer needs.
• Studying warehouse design, layout, and management strategies for efficient storage, picking, packing, and distribution of goods.
• Understanding the role of technology, such as supply chain software, IoT devices, and data analytics, in enhancing visibility, traceability, and decision-making within the supply chain.
• Exploring the complexities of international trade, customs regulations, and cultural considerations when managing a global supply chain.

Overall, a postgraduate diploma in Supply Chain Management equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to design, manage, and optimize supply chain processes across various industries, contributing to improved operational efficiency and organizational success.
